On Saturday 28^th February, Whitchurch Rugby 1s team travelled to the Midlands to play 3^rd in the league Spartans (Midands), in what was billed to be a hard match to ensure Whitchurch retained league leader status.

With a few games being postponed with wet pitches Whitchurch had the chance to stretch their lead at the top of the table with a home win against Stourbridge Lions.
